Biscute Island is located in Simi Valley (Ventura County). A 1600 sq ft custom house which sits on a 10,000 sq ft lot filled with more tropical atmosphere than most tropical islands.
All the concrete was hand carved to look like rocks. 99.99% privacy!
There are: 650 Night Lights, a total of 5 waterfalls, 7 pumps, a private above ground 6 person spa. Two bars, one to serve the tropical drinks, and one which is the beer / soda bar-a 28 foot replica of a 1830 sailing ship. A Pebble Tec - sand finished pool, 30 + Palm trees, lots of flowers. Two large redwood decks, a 27' long 6' tall, and 4' wide 2 waterfall rock wall , a romantic reading area with a waterfall, and a grass area with a hammock which allows a view of the outdoor television. Of course the island (Biscute Island) which too has it's waterfall. Pull up a Foogie's crush and stay awhile.
